The board defers Zee’s revamp plans

The board of directors of Zee Telefilms Limited, has deferred a final decision on its corporate restructuring proposal. The board has sought further analysis of the obligatory, regulatory, national and international laws with respect to the corporate restructuring proposal, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board would reconsider the proposal again in its next meeting to be held in the middle of this month.
