Star Plus to launch evening edition of Aaj Ki Baat

Star Plus has decided to launch an evening edition of the news show, Aaj Ki Baat, hosted by Rajat Sharma. Aaj Ki Baat will now be telecast every evening at 6.45 p.m. barring Sundays.

This would be additional to the late night edition of the show on the same channel at 11.30 p.m. The special evening edition, beginning today, is being launched as many viewers found the late night show too late.

Aaj Ki Baat also won the Best Anchor award at the first Indian TV Academy awards held in Mumbai, last week.
