Star is making money in India: Murdoch

Kaun Banega Crorepati is fuelling Star TV’s over all growth in revenues in India and other programmes are being built round it, said News Corp chairman Ruper Murdoch. In his speech, full text of which is available on the News Corp site, Murdoch, also dwelt on the fact that Star Plus has turned profitable, while other channels and programmes are riding piggy back on it due to the success of Kaun Banega Crorepati.
