Sony to air Hrithik - The Man behind the Star show

Sony Entertainment Television will air a series of shows on the life and performance of cinestar Hrithik Roshan. In a two-part production of one hour each, Farah Khan-Ali, Hrithik Roshan's sister-in-law and a promoter of Numero Uno Productions, said she had put together rare glimpses documenting the star's rise from a nervous teenager to a hugely popular cine idol. The two-part Hrithik - The Man Behind the Star show will be aired on SET on April 16 and 24.

Continuing its reliance on star-spangled events, SET is also putting on air on March 31 the live Hrithik Roshan concert earlier performed in New Delhi. Besides the Roshan family, the show features several artistes and performers.

The show is being sponsored by Coca Cola and Close-up, along with eight co-sponsors. Ad rates for the Roshan Show have been fixed at a whopping Rs 3.5-4 lakh for 10 seconds, enabling the channel to gross close to Rs 6-7 crore.
