Sony plans to offer pay-per-view movies on Net

Sony Entertainment Television plans to offer movie-on-demand on pay-per-view basis on its website – by middle of this year. Plans are also afoot to launch an online version of its game show Jeeto Chappar Phaad Ke, with various prizes thrown in for participants.

The idea of putting the game show online was to allow more people to participate in the game show, and win prizes. The online game show was expected to be ready over the next three months.
