SABe TV plans strategic alliance for UK, US markets

SABe TV is planning a strategic alliance with an international media company to broadcast in the UK and the US. The alliance is expected to take place within a month.

The company felt the need to enter international markets with a partner, due to the saturation of other Indian entertainment channels currently aired abroad. It is exploring several avenues, including foraying into commercial Hindi film production, to increase its bottomline.

SABe TV is also going to revamp its programming by September and has planned 10 hours of new content. The channel has decided to strengthen its afternoon band, there will be changes in prime time programmes with the introduction of daily thrillers and programs such as Dial 100 and Paisa Vasool.
