Producers and agencies owes DD Rs 187.62 crore

Outstanding dues from various private producers and agencies to DD amount to a whopping Rs 187.62 crore. While Rs 59.85 crore is locked under litigation, DD is shielded by bank guarantees worth Rs 12.30 crore and hence the final balance outstanding is Rs 115.47 crore.

Topping the list is Amitabh Bachchan Communications Ltd. (ABCL) with Rs 19.82 crore outstanding against it. Other major defaulters are Multi Channel which has to pay Rs 15 crore and Plus Channel which owes Rs 12.05 crore.
