Mediapersons challenge Delhi HC order

Six top ranking editors and media personalities of the country today challenged in Delhi High Court its order restraining the media from reporting the contempt case proceedings against news magazine Wah India. Hindustan Times’ Shobhna Bhartiya, Times of India’s Dilip Padgaonkar, Indian Express’ Shekhar Gupta, Outlook’s Vinod Mehta, Punjab Kesri’s Ashwani Chopra and Mr. Kuldip Nayar filed a petition challenging the order.
