The Rs 380 crore Indian media buying house, Madison Communications Private Limited is on the lookout for a partner. Unlike some small agencies, which sold off recently, Madison is not open to a 100 per cent sell out. Rather it is on lookout for a big agency, which could become its partner.
Talks with global companies are at nascent stage. In addition to this Madison is also looking at acquiring or partnering, smaller Indian agency or agencies in Bangalore and Delhi for setting up its creative division. Madison already has its media buying divisions in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
