MAA Bozell, India likely to have a new name, structure

Following the acquisition of True North by the Interpublic Group of Cos, MAA Bozell in India is gearing up for a new name and structure. True North had a 29% stake in the Bangalore-based agency.

According to industry sources, it's not clear whether or not the Bozell brand will be dropped and the agency be merged with FCB.

Meanwhile, MAA executives expect a centralization of some functions, including media buying, with FCB or other IPG agencies here.
