Lowe Lintas loses LG refrigerator account to Capital Advertising

Lowe Lintas, New Delhi, has lost the LG Electronics India Ltd's (LGEIL) Rs 15 crore refrigerator account to Capital Advertising Delhi. Lowe Lintas will continue to hold the LG television, washing machine and computer monitor accounts. Initiative Media will remain the agency of record for all LG brands.

Capital Advertising already handles the vacuum cleaner and microwave oven accounts of the Rs 1,903 crores LGEIL.

According to sources in Capital Advertising, the new print as well as television campaigns for the LG refrigerators are likely to break by March, 2002. Capital Advertising is expected to handle LG's corporate advertising.
