Castrol has consolidated its global creative and media business into WPP Group agencies Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and MindShare Worldwide. No budget was disclosed.
It is believed that both appointments were made without formal pitches. Both networks already handle creative and media for parent company BP.
Castrol previously used numerous agencies around the world and could not disclose a list. However, it is known that in Europe the brand's estimated $29 million budget was handled by Springer & Jacoby and FCB Worldwide.
