Chappad phad ke to be different from KBC: Sony

Chappad Phad Ke, the mega game show from Sony Entertainment Television is likely to go on air from the first week of January 2001. The show will be anchored and hosted by cine star Govinda. The promos for the show are already on air. “The game show will be very entertaining with a quizzing element in it. It won’t be serious stuff like KBC. It’s fun and laughter. Our emphasis is only on entertainment and therefore the choice of Govinda, who is very good entertainer for the show,” said Rekha Nigam, programming head of Sony Entertainment Television. Sony Entertainment Television has already received over ten lakh entries from across the country for the first schedule.
