Cartoon Network to provide 24-hour service from July 1

Cartoon Network is expanding to a 24-hour television service from July 1. This is part of Turner Entertainment's effort at content aggregation across multiple platforms including television, interactive media, publishing, consumer products and promotional licensing. The group is trying to establish Cartoon Network as an entertainment superbrand in the region.
