BBC world has commissioned ORG-MARG to conduct a survey on the consumer behaviour of users and buyers of cars and bikes. The survey will study the behaviour during pre-purchase, purchase and post-purchase stage.
The study has been conducted in six cities with over 1,400 respondents belonging to New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. The results of the survey will be announced in September.
``It will attempt to understand what influences consumers' decision to buy a car or motorcycle, the sources of information available to make these decisions and their satisfaction levels,'' the statement released by BBC World said.
