AXN to roll out advertising campaign in January 2001

The 24-hours action adventure channel AXN Asia will roll out a new advertising campaign across Asia, including India, in January 2001. The fresh campaign will follow the launch of the million-dollar game show Survivor beginning December 19, 2000. Even as AXN readies for aggressive product roll out, the channel has no immediate plans to enhance its ad pricing, which will be maintained at around Rs 10,000 – Rs 15,000 per 10 seconds. At present it has around 40 to 50 active advertisers every month.
