Sera Bangali Awards celebrate 11th year; Hosts Sera Bangali: Kalker Sera Aajke for young achievers

The annual award ceremony Sera Bangali got younger as it stepped into its 11th year.

While the classic award recognized and applauded excellence across significant categories of contribution to society, the youth event ‘Sera Bangali: Kalker Sera Aajke’ recognized achievers under the age 25 years.

The 360 degree integrated communication plan included coverage across TV, print, digital platforms, radio and outdoors. The communication was about “acknowledging the achievements of Bengalis who still inspire us today, show us the path to stay ahead and along with them it is about those who give us the faith that they would continue to take Bengalis ahead in the coming days”.

A highlight of the event was the photo op at the end featuring the nine extraordinary Sera Bangalis and six young achievers, Sera Bangali : Kalker Sera Aajke. Also present for the event was special guest Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal, Aveek Sarkar, Chief Editor of ABP Group and program hosts Swastika Mukherjee and Suman De.

Sera Bangali Kalker Sera Aajke was hosted by Tollywood actor Parambrata Chattopadhyay and anchor ofABP Ananda Reshmi Bagchi.

The youth event witnessed performances by Soujit Dance Works and singer Rupankar Bagchi.

The main event witnessed performances by veteran vocalist Ustad Rashid Khan and Raghab Chatterjee.
