Sahara One to launch a new fiction family drama show -'Kaanch Ki Gudiya'

Sahara One, operated by Trilogic Digital Media Limited (TDML) will launch a new fiction family drama show named ‘Kaanch Ki Gudiya’ to its programming line-up.

This show will replace the channels' existing 2 shows called ‘Aakhir Bahu Bhi Beti Thi’ and ‘Master Mind’.

‘Kaanch Ki Gudiya’ is an acquired show by Geo TV- Pakistan. The show airs from 2nd May, Monday to Friday at 10 pm.

The show title has been used metaphorically given to liken girls to fragile glass dolls who're beautiful but easily crushed by the harsh circumstances that they have to face in life. The story revolves around a young orphan named Manaal and the life she has to lead, left to the mercy of the heartless people around her. She is left in an awful situation because of the greedy people around her and she has to stand by on her own for her survival just to fulfil the wishes of her parents

Shivaani Jaisingh, COO, Trilogic Digital Media Limited added, “As a promised we have brought this heart wrenching story for the viewers. The show has already made waves in Pakistan. We have maintained our compelling content promise. The show appeals to all our viewers from the Hindi heartland.”

The cast includes actors like Qavi Khan, Sami Khan, Yumna Zaidi, Sundus Tariq, Hina Khawaja Bayat , Hareb Farouq.
