‘Break the ceiling touch the sky’ is the fastest growing summit in Asia for women in leadership that enables them to learn, network, and achieve. Participating companies can support gender diversity and enhance the leadership skills of their women leaders at a fraction of the cost of other expensive training programs. While content is customized for women, male leaders are welcome.  Over 1,300 leaders from 170 organizations have attended prior editions of the summit to date.

Max Rangel, SVP, Asia Pacific, SC Johnson & Son shared, “The roles of women have significantly expanded from what they were traditionally. But, there still exists a huge opportunity for the society to benefit from their contributions. Platforms such as these will inspire, motivate, and bring to light the evolving role of women in society. At SC Johnson, gender diversity is valued and leveraged. We started the journey with ‘Break the ceiling touch the sky’ in 2015 and are delighted to continue as a Platinum Sponsor for the 2017 India Edition.”

Richa Arora, Chief Operating Officer, (Consumer Products Business), Tata Chemicals said, “Stronger women make for a stronger nation. Tata Salt Plus and House of Rose Professional share the common objective of tapping the unrealized potential of women as leaders, in business and society. We are delighted to be a part of ‘Break the ceiling touch the sky’ summit.”
