In true Kingfisher style, Indian beer brand Kingfisher celebrated International Beer Day with an innovative campaign on Twitter. The brand conceptualised a unique initiative to enthuse fans on their digital platform, giving them an opportunity to showcase their inner creative genius.
Leading up to International Beer Day on August 7, fans were urged to come up with an imaginative, quirky invention or a gadget, infused with a key element – Kingfisher Beer. Beerheads tweeted their quirkiest and ingenious ideas using #KFBeerInventions.
Some of the entries included beer being sent via emails to machines that could turn Mondays to Sundays with beer. Kingfisher then analysed the entries at the Good Times lab and created GIFs using the quirkiest ideas submitted. The initiative received more than 200 entries in less than two days.
