iTV Network's Shikha Rastogi bags 'World Women Leadership Award'

Shikha Rastogi, President and Group Head, Human Resources, of the iTV Network, has been awarded the “Exemplary Women Leadership Achievement Award” by the World Women Leadership Congress 2016 (WWLC) for demonstrating excellent leadership and management skills in the organisation and for making changes and achieving results.

According to the press release, Rastogi, who is respected as a seasoned and trusted people’s leader with vision, tenacity and integrity, was given the award in recognition of her contribution to the field of human resources. Rastogi has been instrumental in transforming two key products, India News and NewsX.

Speaking on the occasion, Rastogi said, “I am highly privileged to receive the recognition and would like to thank my entire team for their dedication, hard work and continuous support towards making this a success.”

Rastogi is an XLRI alumnus with over 15 years of experience. She has worked in diversified work environments like media, telecom, IT and ITES business operations spread across multiple geographies in India, the United States and South-East Asian countries.
