Indigo 91.9 takes contest winners on a fun flight on board a Microlight

In a first of its kind initiative, Indigo 91.9, the radio station for a Fun Young Bangalore, got lucky winners to fly aboard a Microlight. The unique activity saw two lucky couples get a bird’s eye view of Godrej Platinum’s property located in Hebbal, Bangalore.

Speaking on the occasion, Kiran Sreedhar, National Programming Director, Indigo 91.9 said, “As a brand, we at Indigo 91.9 take great pride in conceptualizing innovative campaigns for our clients. While it is also about music and fun, we believe in creating entertaining and engaging avenues that go well beyond terrestrial radio. With Godrej Properties, the client requirement was unique – to launch a property with much hype; something that would grab attention and create excitement among the audience. It was overwhelming to watch the excited winners as they had an exclusive ‘aerial site visit’ of their potential home and the surroundings”.

After experiencing the flight, one of the lucky winners exclaimed, “This was surreal! I got to see my future home, the environs, and most of Bangalore, from up above. I have never been on a Microlight, so this was one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you Indigo 91.9”.
