IBN7 host Kitna Swachh Hua Bharat - a reality check on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign

As the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ launched by PM Modi completes a year, IBN7 is hosting a program ‘Kitna Swachh Hua Bharat’ to ascertain its accomplishment. The show started on September 26, 2015 and will go on till October 01.

A reality check on the Swachh Bharat campaign, this one week series will amass the opinion of people linked to this campaign. The channel has been communicating with public figures that have been associated with the campaign since inception to evaluate and analyse the efficacy of the campaign. The eminent ambassadors of the campaign shared their experiences on being nominated, their contribution, obstacles and suggestions to make the campaign more effective. It has also scrutinized and compared the condition of various parts of the country as well as the places which were cleaned up by celebrities and politicians.

The programming has also been featuring stories on the people and organisations who have been tirelessly working to achieve a ‘Clean India’ without aspiring for any limelight. It will also have opinions of common people from various parts of the country on the achievements and limitations of the campaign.
