DainikBhaskar Group Announces the Launch of Fashion101.in

The Dainik Bhaskar Group has announced the launch of Fashion101.in, which it says is India’s first multi-lingual fashion portal that brings together the immediacy of a news website along with the glamour and utility of a fashion magazine. The website is available in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

It covers the latest fashion trends for men and women, Bollywood style gossip, and gives tips on fashion by occasion. Fourteen reputed fashion designers have joined hands with Fashion101.in to judge contests and respond to readers’ queries. These include Padma Shri Ritu Kumar and National Award-winning designer Neeta Lulla, besides eminent names from the glamour industry such as Varun Bahl, Anju Modi, Rocky S, Nachiket Barve, Manish Malhotra, Gaurav Gupta, Nikhil Thampi, Ashima Leena, Payal Jain, Ridhi Mehra, Sonaakshi Raaj and award-winning jewellery artist Eina Ahluwalia.

The website also carries an extensive database of new launches, fashion-related events and a beauty guide and serves as a platform for budding designers, bloggers and others from the fashion fraternity. It includes a directory with free listing of stores and salons across the country, and updates students on the latest fashion courses. Readers can upload their own selfies in the ‘Look of the Day’ section. One of the major sections is ‘Fashion by Occasion’, where readers can get advice on what to wear to important life events such as weddings and job interviews, as well as glam tips on what to wear to college or for a lunch out with friends.
