9XM, the popular Bollywood music destination, has introduced a new platform for viewers to connect with their favourite animated characters. The Bade-Chote Chatbot enables fans to connect and interact with 9XM’s Bade and Chote on Facebook Messenger.
Viewers and fans of 9XM can access the Chatbot through 9XM’s Facebook page, by clicking on the ‘Message’ tab. Presently, the Chatbot allows viewers to send across their selfie video requests which are aired on 9XM at 4 pm every day. Fans can also receive jokes and videos, and participate in contests through the Chatbot.
Commenting on the initiative, Kapil Sharma, Sr VP, Marketing, 9X Media said, “Over the years, we have undertaken various initiatives for fans to engage with Bade-Chote on platforms in addition to television, be it radio, malls, cinema halls, colleges, and digital platforms. With the Bade-Chote Chatbot, we have created yet another touch-point for fans to hang out with their beloved duo, Bade and Chote. Given the amount of time our viewers spend on social media, the Chatbot allows us to remain connected with our fans 24x7 and deliver instant entertainment directly to their mobile phones.”
The 9XM Bade-Chote Chatbot will be promoted on air, and across social media and other digital platforms.
