Starting out in a design agency, Vishal Mehta, Manager – Marketing, Aditya Birla Financial Services Group (ABFSG), learnt about media and branding on the way. Every piece of work that he develops at ABFSG has to hold true to the test of being customer centric. He is a firm believer of what branding Guru Wally Olins had once said, ‘Branding is about creating and sustaining trust’, which remains his personal mission.
