Zovi ropes in Manish Chopra as CEO

Bangalore-based e-commerce company Zovi has appointed Manish Chopra as its Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Chopra will provide the vision and strategic leadership for all aspects of the business. His key responsibility areas will also include the overall management of the business and focusing on profitable growth and revenues.

Commenting on his new role, Chopra said, “I am delighted to join Zovi, a brand that has grown significantly since its inception. I am looking forward to take this brand to the next level of growth with fresh strategies and ideas.”

Chopra has experience spanning over twenty years with various leading multinational companies such as Microsoft, Oracle and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining Zovi, he held the position of Chief Marketing and Operations Officer of Microsoft Indonesia for more than 3.5 years. He has led various verticals such as marketing, sales and operations in Microsoft Asia Pacific and Oracle Asia Pacific.

For the record, Zovi is a Bangalore-based men and women online fashion and lifestyle brand. It has a product division based in Gurgaon, New Delhi.

Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
