Yebhi.com wins Customer & Brand Loyalty award

Yebhi.com, touted as India’s largest home, lifestyle & fashion e-retailer, has bagged the Customer & Brand Loyalty award in Online Retailing Sector at the 5th Loyalty Awards, which were presented by AIMIA, an international organisation which specialises in customer loyalty programmes.

Amar Singh, Vice President, Merchandising, Yebhi.com, received the award.

Manmohan Agarwal, CEO and Spokesperson, Yebhi.com, said, “Yebhi works solely towards making buying at Yebhi a delightful experience for the consumers. This award proves that we have been successful in our endeavours in providing a wide variety, along with a service and value-driven customer-centric approach. The Customer & Brand Loyalty awards are the outcome of a combination of consumer research undertaken in five major cities, aided by nominations received from organisations. Yebhi.com won this accolade amongst a host of e-commerce players like flipkart.com, snapdeal.com, fashioandyou.com, myntra.com and dealsandyou.com, who were also nominated in this category.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
