Webisdom, Khimji Group form JV to tap Mid-East’s digital media mkt

Delhi-based digital marketing company Webisdom is all set to join hands with Oman-based KR (Khimji Ramdas) group to tap the market for digital media in the Middle East.

The joint venture, to be started under the name of KRWebisdom, will be headquartered at Dubai. This 50-50 joint venture will combine the digital expertise of Webisdom with the operational effectiveness of Khimjis.

Amardeep Bajpai, CEO, Webisdom recently signed the MOU for the JV with Vivek Pande, CEO, KR Group. The two companies were in talks for the past 3-4 months before they finally decided to go ahead with the deal.

Bajpai, former Digital Marketing Head of and consultant to the SEBI Director, is confident that this deal will help pioneer the long awaited digital revolution in the Middle East. He believes that the JV will not just help them generate revenues, but also create a huge number of job opportunities for young professionals from the Middle East as well as India.
