Twitter has announced its Official Partner Program, a new initiative combining product and service partners for businesses to achieve better results. The company also said that IBM would be its first consultancy partner.
The launch of the Twitter Official Partner Program brings together strategic partners from the Twitter Certified Program and the Twitter Marketing Platform Partner Program. Twitter Official Partners have been recognized by Twitter because of their high-quality products or expert-level services and proven success on Twitter.

Twitter says that official partners can help brands increase campaign performance, gain insight and market more efficiently. Partners will be selected from a broad range of capabilities that include analytics, engagement, content curation and display, consulting and agency services, ad technology, audience data, audience on-boarding and ad measurement.
