TO THE NEW Ventures announces strategic consolidation, forms TO THE NEW Digital

TO THE NEW Ventures has announced its strategic move to consolidate its specialised service businesses, which used to operate as separate entities - Ignitee Digital, IntelliGrape Software, Tangerine Digital and Techsailor to form TO THE NEW Digital.

Tangerine Digital creates and manages content on the web, mobile and social media platforms. Intelligrape develops web and mobile applications using cutting edge technologies. Ignitee Digital is a digital marketing services company and Techsailor is in China and Singapore.

The consolidation gives TO THE NEW Digital a competitive edge and a bigger playfield with more than 300 clients spread across 30 countries.

Consolidated business aims to triple its current manpower strength of 600 people to 2000 by 2017.
