To The New launches global entrepreneurship programme for young Asians

Digital agency To The New is launching ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’, an entrepreneurship leadership programme. It plans to hire 20 young professionals, expose them to challenging assignments across its group companies, train them over the next two years, and then let them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across businesses and geographies, both existing and new.

Speaking on the launch of the ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’ programme, Puneet Johar, Managing Director, To The New said, “In the digital space, developing entrepreneurial talent is the only way to ensure continued success. This programme puts young talent through high impact operating roles, with periodic training inputs. This prepares them to lead innovation through familiar and unfamiliar situations.”

The group selected for the ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’ programme will consist of candidates who have graduated from premier management and technical institutes from across India, ASEAN and China, with three to five years of work experience. The programme will place these candidates in high impact roles in business development, product management, product development and technology in the various To The New companies across Asia. Over the next two years, these candidates will operate in impactful roles and undergo intensive training programmes, to help them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across its companies.

Singapore-headquartered To The New is an Internet products company with social and mobile first approach in analytics, social CRM, digital video, content and influencer marketing areas.

To The New is currently accepting applications for the programme at and the last date for applying is August 15, 2014.

Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
