The Indian Express launches new app

The Indian Express has launched a new app for iOS and Android devices. The app has just one objective: put news that matters at the forefront.

The new app has a card-based layout that users are familiar with, thus making navigation easy and natural. It also offers a highly curated experience bringing in the expertise of our editors and there is a bulletin that showcases the five stories that matter the most to you. For those who want a conventional approach, there is also a sidebar menu with all the sections as well as the e-paper plotted for easy navigation.

On iOS, the app also has unique features like follow writers and topic that keeps you updated about events that are important to you as well as the writers you love. Plus, adding to the share ability quotient of the app, there is the Express cards feature that lets you create a visual card for the social networks from within the app itself.
