Sulekha launches real estate portal, PerSquareYard.com

Online community portal Sulekha.com has launched PerSquareYard.com, a real estate portal that has been positioned as a one-stop source for buying, selling or rental of any type of property across all major cities in the country.

“With the real estate market so buoyant and with so many people in the market, buying and selling decisions are not easy for consumers,” explained Vineet Pabreja, Director – Interactive Services. “We wanted to create a reliable, trusted site backed by the experience and expertise of Sulekha.com to assist consumers in taking major decisions in a hassle-free manner,” he added.

PerSquareYard.com provides potential home owners and renters an opportunity to post their advertisements free on a platform, which allows the seller and buyer to interact directly. Registered users are updated with auto-alerts through e-mail or SMS when a property advertisement matches their requirement. PerSquareYard.com also has a directory of real estate agents, developers/builders, movers and packers; and interior/exterior designers across major cities.

Sulekha.com, a part of Smart Information Worldwide, Inc, is headquartered in Austin, USA. It claims to have become the ‘most popular’ and ‘highly networked’ interactive community for millions of Indians from over 100 countries.
