Social Wavelength has been appointed as the authorised reseller of Radian6, makers of a social media monitoring tool. With this collaboration, Social Wavelength aim to bring enterprise grade social media monitoring solutions to the country.
The deal was sealed after looking at the depth of opportunities and the need for deeper consumer insights routed from social media, said an official release.
