Sify re-launches Samachar.com

Sify has announced the re-launch of Samachar.com, its flagship portal serving the NRI community. The website will now have enhanced features including discussion forums and video news across all genres including Bollywood, sports and business.

Samchar.com has offered the global Indian news coverage from India and the world for over six years. With the re-launch, Samachar.com attempts to create a whole new experience for the NRI community.

Sify President, Portals, V Sivaramakrishnan said, “We are happy to announce the re-launch of our news based NRI website that is all set to create a whole new enriched experience for our friends and relatives who reside across the globe. Samachar.com, in its new avatar, will strive to create the best package of online information with better and in-depth coverage across all sectors.”

The new Samachar.com comprises of a platform for NRIs to discuss issues like immigration rules, shifting back to India and other related topics. However, the highlight of the new Samachar.com is the video content.
