Shekhar Gupta and Barkha Dutt launch digital venture 'The Print'

Senior Journalist Shekhar Gupta and Barkha Dutt launched their new venture The Print, a news media start up.  

Announcing the launch on a micro blogging site  Gupta wrote, “Barkha @bdutt and I are thrilled to roll out the first small steps in the launch of ThePrint @theprintIndia which we are co-founding.”

While Co- Founder Barkha Dutta also wrote, “Shekhar @ShekharGupta and I are thrilled to roll out the first small steps in the launch of ThePrint @theprintindia which we are co-founding”

Dutt also informed us that her relationship with NDTV will remain as is. Senior Journalist, Ruhi Tewari has also joined the venture as Associate Editor. She has worked with Indian Express and Mint newspaper.

The Print also came up with their first offering ‘Off The Cuff’ in partnership with NDTV. The chat was hosted by Shekhar Gupta himself and Soft Bank President and COO, Nikesh Arora was the first guest.
