Share launches platform to showcase blogs has announced the launch of 'Rediff Blogshowcase '. This new service will provide the blogging community in India a platform to showcase their blogs by simply sharing their RSS feeds irrespective of their blogging sites.

Rediff Blogshowcase is intended to become a central destination for bloggers to showcase their blogs and in return get recognised as experts in their fields with the help of readers voting mechanism.

Commenting on the close beta preview of Rediff Blogshowcase, Manish Agarwal VP – Marketing, said, “Even in India, most of the readers are always looking for avenues to participate and access the good quality blogs. Rediff Blogshowcase is our endeavour to offer a unique platform to both bloggers and readers to enjoy the best of blogging action across the country and form a well informed and vibrant community."

The platform requires bloggers to sign up only once and share their RSS feeds. Once their blog is acknowledged, the platform will pick up every new post and showcases it on the Rediff Blogshowcase, providing an instant access to the post on the platform.

Agarwal added, "We are confident that enabling bloggers to share their content easily on a common platform whilst they continue to blog anywhere in the world will bring the knowledge of blogosphere closer to the online user."

Rediff Blogshowcase lists the content as top stories, top bloggers and top blogs depending on the votes they receive from the readers. Initially the access to bloggers for Rediff Blogshowcase will be through invitation only and would be made open to all shortly.
