Purple Shunya bags digital mandate for Motul in India

Purple Shunya, the digital communications specialist arm of Purple Focus, has been selected as the digital agency of record for Motul in India. Motul is a premium international lubricants specialist brand with presence in over 85 countries worldwide.

Purple Shunya was selected following a competitive request for proposal (RFP) process that included multiple agencies. Motul India’s brand team has enlisted Purple Shunya to manage online strategy across all its digitally owned properties. The agency will handle all online marketing, creative and development for Brand Motul, including strategic planning, display, website updates, social media initiatives and new product introductions. Purple Shunya’s e-commerce and analytics practice will also be responsible for optimising all of Motul India’s online marketing investments.

Commenting on the development, Srinivas Hebbar, General Manager – Marketing, ALSL (an affiliate of Motul, France) said, “We welcome Purple Shunya on board since we believe that an integrated brand communication is an ideal way to target the consumer in the commodity market environment currently seen in the automotive lubricants market in India.”
