Publicis Media bags digital mandate for Uber in India

Publicis Media has bagged the digital mandate for Uber, the San Francisco-headquartered taxi aggregator, confirm industry sources.

The digital pitch was initiated in October last year and saw participation from agencies from GroupM, IPG Mediabrands, and Dentsu Aegis Network. The pitch process involved three rounds.

Work on the account has started already and Performics.Resultrix from the Publicis Media umbrella is handling the mandate.

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
