Share launches its fifth language portal, thatshindi

Bangalore-based Greynium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd, which also owns, has added to its portfolio of Indian language channels, which includes Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The portal has been developed in Unicode to support all browsers. is the network of online portals in Indian languages.

ThatsHindi includes interesting content in Hindi like news, current affairs, Hollywood, Bollywood, videos, picture galleries, astrology, art and culture. The portal updates news stories as they take place – including breaking news, political developments, national and international news.

“Hindi is the second most popular Indian language on the Internet and increasingly, new Internet users are from non-metros and smaller towns. Hence, it is essential that these audiences are given the right platform to explore and use the Internet to its fullest potential,” said BG Mahesh, CEO, Greynium Information Technologies.

ThatsHindi users will have many interesting sections to choose from – they can either listen to music or watch clips of movie trailers, songs and other videos, online. The cinema section gives a quick update on the latest events in Hollywood and Bollywood. Astrology, which has emerged as a popular section across language portals, offers weekly horoscope and year-round predictions. A comprehensive bookmarks directory of some of the best sites, articles and stories can also be accessed in Hindi, as well as latest classifieds.
