nexGTv enters into a strategic alliance with Lokdhun

In a move that will delight regional entertainment buffs, nexGTv, India’s largest subscription-led video entertainment app, has entered into a partnership with Lokdhun Telemedia Pvt. Ltd. As part of the alliance, nexGTv has acquired the worldwide digital rights to broadcast 138 popular movies from the Lokdhun catalogue, including 22 Punjabi movies like Diljit Dosanjh’s Jatt and Juliet 2 and Disco Singh as well as hit Bhojpuri movies of Monalisa, Ravi Kishan and Pawan Singh, for users across the globe.

Initiated by Dinesh Railhan with a vision to promote regional Indian content on digital platforms, Lokdhun, India’s leading regional content publishing company, produces, acquires, and distributes films, music, TV shows, and wellness-related content on various digital platforms. Its elaborate content repository comprises over 50,000+ videos of 5,000+ artists in 10+ languages, collectively amassing over 3,000,000,000+ YouTube views.

All the movies will be available as part of nexGTv’s paid packages and can be viewed flawlessly on its web and mobile platforms. Users will have to log on to or download the nexGTv mobile app.
