LinkedIn launches Recruiter Mobile

LinkedIn has announced the launch of Recruiter Mobile, its first enterprise mobile app, as well as the extension of its ‘Work With Us’ ads on mobile devices.

These introductions come with mobile being the company’s fastest growing service – about 33 per cent of unique members visit LinkedIn via its mobile apps, and of the members who view jobs on LinkedIn, 30 per cent come from mobile.

With the additions of Recruiter Mobile and Mobile Work With Us, LinkedIn has mobilised the entire recruiting process – from a candidate discovering jobs via Sponsored Jobs in the LinkedIn feed and Mobile Work With Us, to candidates applying for a job posted on LinkedIn simply using their member profiles, to recruiters responding immediately while on the go using Recruiter Mobile.

Recruiter Mobile allows recruiters to instantly respond to candidates and hiring managers, search for prospects, and manage the recruiting process – and do all that while on the go.

Mobile Work With Us ads are now available on mobile profiles. Now, whenever someone looks at a member profile, they’ll see relevant jobs at that member’s company, which helps extend the mobile footprint of that company’s talent brand.

Recruiter Mobile is free to existing LinkedIn Recruiter customers, and is available for download in the iOS App Store. It can also be accessed via any mobile device’s web browser. Meanwhile, Mobile Work With Us ads are available for free as part of LinkedIn Work With Us.
