LG even sought the participation of the families of the soldiers and forwarded their heart-warming messages to these on-duty jawans.

At the launch of the campaign, Nimish Shah, Regional Business Head, Mumbai, LG Electronics India, said, “We salute the spirit of our soldiers who valiantly lay down their lives to protect the nation. This is our opportunity to reach out to them. Therefore, we took this initiative to bring together the citizens of India to express their gratitude to our soldiers. The selfless devotion of our armed forces is deserving of our respect, and what better occasion than the Republic Day to salute them. As a small token of our respect, LG will make a small contribution to the Armed Forces Welfare Fund. Let’s celebrate heroism, patriotism and a good life! #KarSalaam.”
