Kushal Sanghvi turns entrepreneur with new venture Vitamin T

After a successful stint at Reliance ADAG group, digital evangelist Kushal Sanghvi has now turned entrepreneur with his new venture Vitamin T.

“After working with various companies for over 20 years and playing the role of a publisher, client, agency head just thought perhaps it could have been time to turn an entrepreneur and what better time when digital is fastest growing now and having been with it since its inception right from 1996 it’s been a long journey and have seen just lots happen in the space,” said Dr Kushal Sanghvi, Director, Vitamin T.

A large part of Sanghvi’s innings has been with new media and technology. Sanghvi sees new media as an integral part of brand expansion. Globally and across Asia his stint with iconic companies such as Reliance Group, Fremantle Media , Havas Media, The Times of India Group, Concept Group has led to unparallel intelligence in Digital thereby creating marketing success stories for those brands. In his last role at the Reliance ADA Group, he was leading all digital marketing across all group companies and worked closely with the CMOs, CEOs and others to achieve success for various goals and objectives of the companies.

With Vitamin T, Sanghvi along with his partner Pradipto Basu seek to create a connect between brands and their consumers.

For brands today, it is becoming increasingly important to be friends with their consumers and in this ever changing competitive environment it becomes difficult for even leader brands to maintain these friendships, and thus we think we it is important to fodder vitamins into our brand partners so that they are always ahead of the curve, and what we seek to do is to make brands and consumers enjoy together in the process,” explained Sanghvi.

With offices in Mumbai and Delhi currently, Vitamin T is a digital agency with core service areas being creative, website design, content creation and marketing, social media, technology, media planning and buying, mobile marketing, performance marketing, affiliate, search, designing apps and products, among other.

Apart from digital marketing with the preferred and exclusive partners, Vitamin T also offers complete marketing services - be it creative, detailed logo/ packaging, brand manuals, complete media planning and buying, OOH, Retail merchandising, BTL, Activation, TV commercials, Direct Marketing and more. The agency also has exclusive preferred partnerships with some of the biggest names of the industry.

Explaining the nuances of ‘T’ in the name, Sanghvi  says “The T symbolises our philosophy of working with our brand marketers and associates offering Transparency, building Trust, through Tools, using right Techniques, always being ahead of the curve in terms of Technology and offering solutions for Today and will do for Tomorrow. This will all be possible through Teamwork and working closely to the Targets that we set collectively".

"In an environment when there really isn't something like a standalone like digital and it is practically all pervasive across all communication mediums and platforms we will be helping brands in creating content that is agnostic to platforms, working on a mobile first approach for all our clients and yet at the same time do believe that digital is that line that connects all other dots/ mediums," added Pradipto Basu, Director, Vitamin T.

Basu comes with over 30 years of corporate, brand, digital experience and has worked with various companies like Citibank, been the CEO of Yahoo to name a few. He has been an investment banker and then with CitiCorp. In the last many years, he has been a producer of advertising content/ ad commercials for some of the largest brands in India and the world.
