Komli Media acquires PostClick, Australia’s leading site representation firm

Komli Media, one of India’s largest digital media network platforms, has acquired PostClick, Australia’s leading premium website representation firm, to become the leading digital media network platform across Asia Pacific. Together, the company now claims to reach over 30 million monthly visitors across the region.

“We are extremely excited to partner with PostClick to expand our presence in the Australian and South East Asian markets and it brings Komli Media’s leading solutions to new advertisers and publishing partners,” said Amar Goel, Founder and CEO, Komli Media.

The acquisition of PostClick will allow Komli Media to significantly accelerate the pace of innovation in digital advertising for its advertisers and publishing partners across several Asia Pacific markets.

Andrew Lockwood will continue as Managing Director of PostClick which will operate as a division of Komli Media.

Founded in 2001 with headquarters in Sydney and offices across Melbourne and Singapore, PostClick exclusively represents Bloomberg and Hotfrog, among other premium websites.

Komli Media has built strong relationships and partners exclusively in India with top global publishers, including Facebook, Expedia and Miniclip, among others. The company has its headquarters in Mumbai and has offices in New York, Toronto, Palo Alto and New Delhi.
