IndianFootball.com forms strategic partnership with Goal.com

Indian football website IndianFootball.com has formed a partnership with international football website Goal.com under which the latter’s Indian version would be powered by information from IndianFootball.com.

“Through Goal.com, we at IndianFootball.Com would like to take Indian football to the global football community, while through Goal.com we will try to bring the football world to India,” IndianFootball.com said in a company statement.

IndianFootball.com would also be the local partner of Goal.com, which would support it for the IndianFootball.com Awards 2006. “Together we will work to take Indian football forward and jointly improve the coverage of football on the net in India,” the website added.

IndianFootball.com was founded in 1998 by Arunava Chaudhuri, an expatriate Indian born and bred in Germany. The main base of the website is still in Germany along with offices in Kolkata, Mumbai, Kochi and Bangalore in India.
