Ignitee to handle digital marketing for UniverCell

Close on the heels of bagging the Frankfinn and Samsonite businesses, Ignitee Digital Solutions has been signed on by UniverCell, South India’s largest multi-brand mobile handset retail chain, for their digital marketing with a focus on search engine solutions.

Commenting on the development, Ramesh Barath, VP, Marketing, Univercell, said, “We are proud of our association with Ignitee Digital Solutions. We look forward to a successful partnership and I am sure that our association with Ignitee will influence our business to attain greater heights in future.”

UniverCell has grown by focusing on what the company calls the ‘Touch and Feel’ concept, and built up by refining the overall retail experience by introducing doorstep delivery and live demos of handsets. Today though, the company is looking to increase its visibility on the Internet to reach out to a broader range of people.
