Ignitee Digital bullish on client acquisition

Ignitee Digital has appointed Jaya Bhatia as Director – West, Ignitee Digital Services. In her new role, Bhatia will formulate strategy for business development in an effort to drive profitable growth for the west region. She will be responsible for building the corporate identity of Ignitee and acquiring new business.

Commenting on Bhatia’s appointment, Atul Hegde, Chief Executive Officer, Ignitee Digital said, “We are extremely delighted to welcome Jaya Bhatia to the Ignitee family. Jaya brings with her immense expertise in new business development and will facilitate the growth and development of Ignitee Digital. She has the ideal combination of experience, skills and talent to guide Ignitee Digital and drive the company’s strategic vision and execution.”

Bhatia would work independently and receive guidance from Ranjoy Dey, Chief Operating Officer, Ignitee Digital.

She has more than a decade of experience in the marketing and advertising industry in traditional as well as digital mediums. With New Business Development being her forte, Bhatia will be responsible for steering Ignitee’s business to the next level and broadening Ignitee’s client portfolio. She has previously worked as Vice President, New Business at Digital Law & Kenneth, before which she had worked as an Associate Director, Account Planning and Services at BC Web Wise. Early in her career, she had worked as an Account Planner and Servicing at Seamless Connections in 2000 and as a Project Supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather in 1998.

Commenting on her latest endeavor, Bhatia said, “As Director - West, I look forward to work with Ignitee’s talent pool and assist Ignitee Digital in every step to become the greatest digital agency in the country.”

Ignitee has created innovative digital campaigns for the film ‘Gangs of Wassepur’, Maruti Suzuki, and Thomas Cook-Honeymoon Travellers, to name a few. Ignitee has an array of clients across sectors – Lifestyle, Entertainment, Corporate, BFSI, and Travel & Tourism. The appointment of Jaya will reinforce Ignitee’s focus on growing the business across industries in India.
