Housing.com brings on board Amit Masaldan as National Sales Head

Housing.com, part of Elara Technologies, which also owns PropTiger.com and Makaan.com, has announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with the appointment of Amit Masaldan as National Sales Head. Masaldan will assume his role with immediate effect and will report to Mani Rangarajan, CBO, Platform Business Unit, Housing.com.

The new appointment comes in conjunction with the company’s recent merger with PropTiger to become the largest and preferred full service online-to-offline (O2O) real estate platform in India.

Serving as a lead for the developer, broker, and HomeBuy360 sales team, Masaldan will be responsible for further building the sales and marketing infrastructure and execute the joint go-to-market plan for Housing.com. In this critical leadership position, Masaldan will play a vital role for growing sales and content product revenue lines. Prior to joining Housing.com, he worked with Magic Bricks and led the sales function team of more than 500 sales personnel and 30 delivery members.

As an industry veteran, Masaldan brings with him over 16 years of experience across the BFSI domain with companies such as ABN-Amro Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Religare Securities. In his previous roles, he was instrumental in managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and designing sales strategies.

Masaldan holds a Master’s degree in Management from NIMS Delhi and has graduated in Commerce from Delhi University.
